In Module 1, you'll watch videos by our Vice Chancellor, Chad Higgins, and program directors introducing you to our programming structure, efforts and impacts.
Module 2 Know Your County. Know Your Audience.
Here, you'll learn how to conduct a structured, effective needs assessment process that will capture and allow for assessment of your engagement activities. You will begin conducting a needs assessment in your assigned counties.
Module 3 Effective Extension Education
Effective Extension Education is designed to facilitate your delivery of Extension programs. You'll discover how to avoid common program delivery pitfalls, how to facilitate active learning, engage your audience and create an inclusive learning environment. You'll also discover keys to working with adults, access facilitation tips and resources, and incorporate continuous program delivery improvement.
Module 4 Market Your Programs
