Course Overview:
This certification exam is a partnership between MU Extension and the National Frame Building Association (NFBA). This NFBA Level 1 Certification Exam tests the examinee's knowledge on post-frame building systems as presented in Basic Principles for Post-Frame Construction - Basic Self-Study Guide course offered as an online course within MU Extension. This level 1 exam covers topics from Chapters 1, 2, 3, 5 & 9 of the 'Basic Principles for Post-Frame Construction' textbook from NFBA.

Certification Exam testing knowledge the following:
1. Identify and describe uses for post-frame construction
2. Describe tools and related safety used in post-frame construction
3. Describe the major components used in post-frame construction
4. Describe the overall process for constructing a post-frame building
