Course Introduction:
The Risk Management online manual is a resource for Extension faculty and staff who coordinate volunteer-led programs at the county, regional, and state levels. It is intended to be a "one-stop shop" for University System and Extension policies, resources, and risk management practices.
 
4-H faculty and staff should use the 4-H Policy and Procedure site for 4-H-specific policies. .

 
Learning Outcomes:
Extension faculty and staff who coordinate volunteer-led programs will have access to:
  • Risk management recommendations and strategies to protect program participants, Extension faculty and volunteers, and the University System.
  • Resources to aid in the oversight of Extension volunteer groups
  • Direct links to relevant University policies
