Course Overview:
The purpose of the Enhanced Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) is to prepare a cadre of nurse leaders and nursing home administrators in long-term care (LTC) who can create and sustain improvement in their work settings through enhanced leadership skills.
Learning Outcomes:
