Course Overview:
This course focuses on the organization and division of service responsibility within local governments. There will be special emphasis on program implementation, productivity, planning, responsiveness.
Individuals will learn about Local Government Collaboration, the City Manager and Council-Manager Relations, Local Government in State Context, Citizen Engagement, Options for Service Delivery, Decision Making Tools, and the Budgeting Process.

Learning Outcomes:
Through this course, individuals will be able to:
